CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens — things come up, plans change, and sometimes the unexpected gets in the way. We truly value your time and appreciate you choosing us to be part of your tattoo journey. To respect the time and effort our artists put into preparing for your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. This gives us the opportunity to offer your time slot to another client. Please note: All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel with less than 23 hours' notice or do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to rebook. If you cancel after the 24 hours or no-show, you will be charged 25% of your booked service. We’re always happy to work with you to reschedule if needed — as long as we have enough notice.
